What comes after chickens?

Our flock of Rhode Island Reds, lovingly named Henrietta, is right at home! We rotated them to a fresh pasture this week, and we search eagerly for eggs every day. The eggs are coming at a trickle this week, but we hope to be collecting enough to start boxing them for sale soon!
