Carrots - Topped
Sweet and crunchy. Sustainably grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Topped. First of our fall harvest!
Carrots are sorted into 3 categories:
-baby/roasting carrots are small carrots that you can eat in 1-2 bites, great for snacking and roasting whole.
-medium/large carrots are ideal for slicing and using in all your favorite recipes. Typically 3-8 carrots per pound—if you have a preference within that range, just let us know in the comments at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
-odds and ends carrots are the “misfit” carrots—they may have grown in other directions, a curve here, an appendage there—these are great for juicing, grating, and shredding, and you get a deal for buying 4 pounds at once.
